Kaiser roll
deep frozen in a baking bag 60 g
Baking instructions: Bake the deep-frozen Kaiser roll in the packaging (baking film) in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 17 -19 mins. In order to prevent contamination, do not remove the packaging even after baking, and serve in the film.

Ingredients
rice flour, corn starch, water, tapioca starch, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), yeast, inulin, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, salt, psyllium, molasses, glucose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
May contain sesame, soy, eggs, milk protein, nuts.

Three gluten-free rolls in one are now available in the large, deep-frozen bags. Three of the same variety or a mix of different rolls are ideal for a gluten-free family breakfast. The bulk bags are practical, but not bake-proof and should thus never be put in the oven! Open, bake and enjoy!
