  • mini baguette from HUTTWILER glutenfree
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2.5 limes
  • 4tbsp olive oil
  • 2 spring onions
  • pinches of salt
  • pinches of black pepper
  • pinches of cayenne pepper

It’s as easy as this

  1. Prepare the baguettes according to the package and cut into diagonal slices.
  2. Pit the ripe avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl with a spoon. Add the lime juice to prevent the avocados from going brown. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Drizzle over the olive oil and mash everything together with a fork. Slice the spring onions into fine rings and add. If you like, you can also add some coriander. It doesn’t get any greener than this!


Pop the avocado stone into the salsa, cover and store in the fridge to keep it greener for longer.
