  • 4 crunchy rolls from HUTTWILER glutenfree
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • 400g lactose-free feta cheese

It’s as easy as this

  1. Prepare the crunchy rolls according to the package and cut into slices
  2. Toast the crunchy rolls in the pan with olive oil, thyme, garlic and rosemary.
  3. Arrange the lactose-free feta with a few sprigs of thyme, rosemary (dried) and pitted olives on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Serve with the crunchy rolls, a bowl of olive oil for dipping and your gluten-free, Greek and godly delight is ready to be devoured.


You can use the mini baguette from HUTTWILER glutenfree instead of crunchy rolls if you like – for even more holiday flavour!
