Olive and feta antipasti
- 4 crunchy rolls from HUTTWILER glutenfree
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- 400g lactose-free feta cheese
It’s as easy as this
- Prepare the crunchy rolls according to the package and cut into slices
- Toast the crunchy rolls in the pan with olive oil, thyme, garlic and rosemary.
- Arrange the lactose-free feta with a few sprigs of thyme, rosemary (dried) and pitted olives on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with the crunchy rolls, a bowl of olive oil for dipping and your gluten-free, Greek and godly delight is ready to be devoured.
