Serrano ham and pesto baguette

  • 4 mini baguettes from HUTTWILER glutenfree
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 0.5tsp Salt
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 110g Serrano ham
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 radish
  • Cress

It’s as easy as this

  1. For the pesto: Finely chop 100 g basil, crush the garlic and mix both together with the salt in a mixer. Add enough olive oil to just cover the pesto.
  2. Prepare the baguettes according to the package, cut in half and toast in the pan with a little oil and a sprig of thyme.
  3. Spread the baguettes with a thick layer of pesto and arrange the thinly sliced ham on top. 4. Slice the radish and divide amongst the baguettes. Garnish with the thyme, basil leaves and watercress. It’ll be second helpings all round!
